The Pacific

3 days off Minerva Reef

Since late last night we have been sailing with 20/25 kts of winds on the beam and just aft of the beam. Seas are moderate to rough and all is well on board; we had a good ride but comfort is somewhat suffering.

We are currently heading 10 degrees more to the west of our original destination, towards North Cape, in order to have a better sailing angle and be sheltered by the mainland since we will have winds out of the west for the last 24 hours. 350 miles to go...
